I have had the physio last Friday and she spent 1.5 hours with him. She said he was stiff everywhere and that he 'might' be ok for very light hacking.

In the meantime I was talking to a friend about him and she put me on to her instructor who is a rehabilitation specialist. She has been today has more or less said that his work days are over. He has been driven in the past. She found a lump on his back that no-one else had noticed. She also knows a lot about scar tissue and noticed that he can't flex one of his back legs as much as the other because of a bad scar on his fetlock which should have been stitched but was never even treated (this happened before I bought him I hasten to add), this could be the route of his problems.

Basically she has said that it could take months even years and loads of money and there is no guarantee that he will ever be right.

I've got the physio coming back tomorrow and an animal communicator coming on Weds night (not really sure why now but hey ho)... not really sure which direction I'm going in now to say the least its all a bit of a nightmare.
