Update on Bates

It is breaking my heart to write this but as I got so many lovely messages from people I wantedto tell you.

Bates had a stroke on thursday night which caused his collapse on friday(see earlier post). He came home with some tablets and we were told to monitor him.

Unfortunately on saturday morning, he had another stroke which was much bigger, and the heartbreaking decision was made to put him to sleep.

He had a fantastic life and up until his last moments still wanted to be hugged and kissed and taken for his walk.

So, to Bates....I love you, I miss you and I will never forget you.
