I phoned the vet on Monday morning and had a chat about the problem I was having with the filly. His opinion was to wait a couple of weeks to see how things progressed. He thought it was that 'first season of the year' problem.
Anyway, happy to report that she's reverted back to her normal pleasant and relaxed self. She's like another horse!
Seems it must be a 'season' issue. I'm going to keep a diary of her moods and tally it with her 'monthlies' to see if there's a pattern. I'm almost sure there is going to be. Funny though, that it's the Jan, Feb and March seasons that are so troublesome. Rest of the year there's hardly any change in her mood... Maybe I'll have to consider using Regumate on her for the first few months of each year if the problem carries on once she's back and ridden.
Thanks everyone for the replies on my previous post
