Update on getting back in the saddle!

Well I had my second lesson today. Very positive - instructor even got me trotting! And then she took me off the lunge line...and it was still okay! Although she didn't make me trot whilst off the lunge, not quite ready for that yet.

Am so, so happy, and really looking forward to my next lesson

Thats fab news ... how long have you been out of riding?

I've just got back into riding this last couple of months after a 13 year break and I'm loving it it's totally selfish me time ...

I've been alternating between hacks and lessons ... and I've been so fortunate to find a lovely yard to ride at with lovely horses and people

This was taken last weekend on my 3rd lesson (I know I look like a sack of potatoes!)... I'm really looking forward to the spring and summer
