Well I got my reply today. A very apologetic letter along with vouchers to the value of £11.

So that at least will get me another bag of alfalfa, Just hope I dont get the rest of the creature

not sure, I think it is a rabbits foot, all I can really tel is tha it is furrey, with bones and claws
