Well the antibiotics and Flam cream seem to have done the trick, spent about 2 hours picking scabs off and rinsing with water/diluted Hibiscrub, amazing how the scabs just dont soften no matter how much soaking, evil bloody things, anyway lots better, hopeing it's going to stay that way.
 
If you are talking about mud rash cover the scabs in cream (sudocreme or vasaline) and wrap in cling film then stable bandage over the top and leave over night. Scabs will just be mush that you can wipe off with a sponge. works wonders!
 
The flamzine will actually start getting the scabs to soften. I've alwyas been told to only take the scabs off that are ready to come off - and not to force them.

Just plaster the legs in flamazine and remaining scabs will start to soften in a day or two.
