We tried cutting out everything (without starving him lol). He's now had 4 blood tests and 3 more skin srapings. We know he's allergic to dairy, beef, lamb, pork, tripe (thank god

), wheat and a few other things. He's already on food from the vets plus some food recommend by the vet.

Anyways I've been bathing him twice a week in hibi scrub which has reduced the itchyness but not stopped it. I combed him through with an oil mixture I got from an alternative medicine place and it seems to be working so far. All the cuts have scabbed over and he seems to be leaving them alone apart from the odd lick

Still got no idea what caused it though but as he's had so many problems in the past we've just put it down to them for now.

can I just how you bath him in hibiscrub? It is an absolute lifeline for my itchy little dog, but I only got a little bottle which has to be diluted 1 in 10?

I'm glad it's working for him though

I just use it like normal shampoo - the vet didn't say to do otherwise... I was buying the little bottles from Countrywide but I managed to buy a 20 litre bottle on eBay for £25 plus £7 P&P
