According to the RP site MG Is on walking exercise only in hand and they are looking to ride him next year either hunting or showing but an active retirement.

TT is on 10weeks box rest and is showing improvement.
 
I think I'd cry if I ever saw Monets Garden in the show ring (in a good way, I mean, I'd get so emotional!)

So brilliant to hear an update from his team. He is such a loved horse. It's equally nice to hear that Tricky Trickster is getting better and can look forward to many happy days at grass once he's improved.
 
Great news about them both.

Monet's Garden is such a beauty, I'd love to see him out and about enjoying a second career which ever choice he makes :)
 
I have never seen MG in the flesh so would love to see him parading at a show.

I know Im nitpicking but wish they would put a noseband on him they never look quite dressed with out one IMO.
 
Brilliant news. It was horrible picking up the RP every day and reading about MG going downhill... Kudos to the vets and stable staff, definitely one horse which will remain in the hearts of the racing public for many years. Great news on TT too.
