Update on my ebay question below

After sending the seller a messagesaying that, I believe the boots were not new but used cleaned and put back in original bag.I have had a message from paypal that I have been refunded so I will send them back ,recorded , tomorrow. Hope that is the right way for tracking, I will check at post office.

Oh I'm glad you got your money back!

I don't know how a lot of these sellers expect to get away with it, especially when a 'new' item is obviously NOT...

Im glad you sorted this out, some people on Ebay are very naughty!!I know someone who bought a second hand monsoon dress on ebay, and later sold it as a second hand dress. A few weeks later we saw the buyer advertise the same dress as 'New Without Labels'!!!Its so bad, people are so cheeky.
