Since FMC posted saying I may have dropped off the edge of HHO world
I thought id let everyone know what I have been up to and how my gee gees are!
Well reason I havent been on here much is because I had Friday, Monday and Tues off of work and was busy sleeping and riding! Didnt do a major amount apart from picking baby Cruz up on Sat which took 5 1/2hrs in total what with traffic and weather etc! And then Monday afternoon I took her XC schooling where she was as good as gold and very keen to be getting on with things!!
Had farrier on Monday night both girls very good but it seems Spider has some corns which could have been causing discomfort at Stratford Hills....that combined with being in season so she is on a mare supplement now which has worked wonders and have made the desicion to not run her on even firm ground at all (which does not seem to be a problem at the mo!!
)
So both ponies going very well had a jump lesson last night on them both, Spider back to her usual self jumped very well not touching a thing. And Cruz even though it was the first time she had seen fillers!! Flew everything almost a bit to keen, but very nice to see at her age (she was 4 in April)
So horses behaving at the mo but I know how quixkly that can change! Meant to be off to Tweseldown Sat with Spider so hoping it isnt cancelled and then some unaff SJing with Cruz on Sunday. Just need some sun now to top it all off!
and to make Spiders winter coat stop coming through
