update on my nasty experience.

First thanks to all for nice messages and posts it is good to know people care. Anyway though the guy initially wouldnt tell me who he was when i asked, i had given him my name and not being hard to find he rang my boss and complained that i had ridden him down! That actually just made it easy for the police to find him and they are going to charge him with two counts of common assault. As some one said even if we were tresspassing he is not allowed to start brandishing offensive weapons about. Anyway i will let you all know what happens in case anything like this happens to anyone else though hope not! xx

I'm glad to hear that the police are taking action and that this man will be charged, fingers crossed it goes all the way through the courts and the magistrates find him guilty. Hope that you have recovered from the shock ok and that he gets his just desserts
