Ok for those that are interested, I have spoken to the master saddlers association and she has advised me to give the saddler a chance to put the saddle right. If he won't accept that there is anything wrong with it then to contact them as they have a chap who deals with complaints and mediates etc and they will aim to get it sorted out this way. So I feel a bit better about it after having spoken to them. Just need to convince my saddler that there is something wrong with the saddle, ie needs major work doing to it!

Bet you are really glad you asked about it now too! If you don't ask, you don't know - your posts have been a timely reminder to everyone that you must never think a *professionals* word is the right one

well thanks must go to Mooch for taking the videos and pointing it out to me. Having trundled through the photos of me jumping you can see it but me being "blonde" didn't think anything of it as its only on some photos depending on when mum took the picture. However on the video its unmissable.

How utterly frustrating though that you can't trust a professional though
