Over the hill and far awa
The vet has been again this morning and is very pleased with her condition. The prolapse has stayed put and the mare is well of herself.
She is now out on the summer paddock with her friends to get some grass down her. We still have no idea why it happened and will have to keep an eye on her. She has passed dung without it coming out again so am cautiously optomistic. She is having antibiotics because of the tear and I have everything crossed (including my eyes as have no sleep!)
