A little while ago I posted about 2, 18 month old lurchers that had been rescued by the rspca from a miserable existence, they were both blind seeing only light and dark, They both had amazing temperaments and it was decided that they deserved a shot at a happy life. Like others posted at the time I was unsure if these dogs could lead a fullfilling and happy life, but on seeing how there were around people and each other, agreed that they should at least have a chance, added to that they had been born this way so didn't know any other way of life. I found out the other day that the outcome is that they didn't have to stay in kennels long, the local rspca branch found a foster home, and from there they went onto a new home, they now live with 2 sighted greyhounds and walk along with them, play out in the garden and have a happy life. Just thought I'd let you know the outcome for these 2. For once it was a happy one.

I believe I was one of those people suggesting pts because the chance of a good home together was pretty non existent.

How wrong I was and how glad I was wrong, I am so pleased they have found a forever home together and are happily settled.
