Hello everyone,
Thought I would post an update for those who have been following and giving advice.
Well, we got there and yet again he was not that lame. He was simply short on a few strides. I insisted that I wanted him xrayed though. Luckily my very kind farrier just turned up and looked at the xrays etc with the vet
Xrays have not picked up anything serious, just a few minor things.
Picture below sums it up pretty much;
I have basically been advised that before shows/sponsored rides etc to give danellon the day before, on the day, and the day after. Also been advised never to jump on hard ground.
I feel relieved that there are no serious issues but also a bit dodgy still as we are basically *hoping* that he settles into his new shoes and comes sound xx
