Update on shoulder/arm injury!!

Thanks for all your advice last night guys!

Went to hospital today and got X-rayed and thankfully there is no fracture.

Have torn the ligament though between my collar bone and shoulder so just need to do gentle exercise.

Did ask if I could ride. The registrar advised, "no but then again, do what you want but I don't recommend it".

Anyone know how long til it will heal? Don't want to be off riding for anything more than a couple of days!!

Ouch! Might take a while cos everytime you get your arm yanked you'll aggravate it further

Hope it heals quickly - try and give it a bit of a rest before you ride again!
