Update on YO's horse...

Quick update on my YO's horse's kick injury....he's still in horspital, looking ok but he's probably going to stay there for another couple of weeks. He's cross tied at the moment and will be at the vets until he can come off those. The infection seems to be clear and the op was successful - fingers crossed he makes a full recovery.

Makes you realise how fragile they are - it doesn't take much put them out of action. Next time I've got concerns over TO I'll be sure to voice them more forcefully!

That's good news. Hope he continues to make good progress.

I have been through this with a horse, he did recover in the end, these things happen.

Hopefully in a couple of months she'll be able to start working him again. It's looking promising, anyway...
