UPDATE re Hunter trial...

I have to eat my words, CCJ came 2nd in the 2' 6" with Chocolate, which considering he has not done XC previously and he is 14 is pretty good! She had to chase him round the timed section as his normal speed is a sort of collected canter..
Flyn had three stops but again, for a first attempt not too bad.
They are waiting for the prize giving and rang to warn me they will be late home.
Looks like humble pie for tea tonight!
