Update

Following on from my post about my horse collapsing last Friday, my vet came out and took some blood yesterday. He said he didn't expect to find anything and really wasn't sure whether it was still related to her suspected hormone imbalance or something completely different.
Anyway he rang me back before 5pm and said her red blood cell count was extremely low and she probably isn't getting enough oxygen to the brain which would explain her collapsing. So she is going to have a three month course of a new medicine and then blood test again.
I couldn't believe i got the results back within 5 hours!! He is a fantastic vet, so caring and thoughful and always rings himself. If anyone is in the kent area and would like a recommendation PM me.

thats great that they have hopefully found out what is wrong - keep us posted as to how she is getting on with the medicine hun x

Thats great...did he say it may be an ongoing problem, and therefore related to her previous behaviour? Or what might be causing it?

Everyone is changing their names!!!
I can't have been going on too long cos she was blood tested last year but i will just wait and see what the new medicine does and go from there. If she is still a grumpy so and so then i will just accept that is how she is and hopefully move to France and let her enjoy her life in a field with the sun on her back!!!
