Well i was getting rather bored so i thought i would post something for you guys to read(:
In previous post i was goin on about how horse hates being by himself well he has improved amazingly and is standing on the yard scratching himself happy as larry :D
I havent hacked him out by himself but he has been really good.
Today was a bit of a stressfull hack, me and my freind were hacking past a couple with two dogs, one was a staffie and the other was a big white dog (dont know what breed) who was barking non stop and staffie was just as calm as anything we went past without a problem, then all of a sudden we heard shouting and we looked behind us and the staffie was running straight towards us with hhis lead dragging behind him, he went straight past my friend and came for me and blue and started bitting at his legs blue was kicking out like a loon and i kicked him foward and galloped him around a bush as i didnt want him to kick the dog, the dog was following us the whole time, the owner finally caught him , and we rode on but on the rest of the hack everytime he saw a dog he just stood there shivering any ideas on how to get him more confident around dogs? Xx.

OMG, how scarey, do not really have any advice, people on here would have much more experience, but here goes..

How about letting him calm down for a couple of days and then take a horse friendly dog to meet him. It may be it has not realy bothered him as much as you think, and it may be your own vibes that affect him in the future, just a thought.

Good luck x
