I don't believe any horses other than those on the register have actually been stolen, oh with the exception of the 3 coloured cobs that went last week in Cheshire. Interestingly I came across another website with details of stolen horses and suspicious behaviour which stated that the 'suspicious looking men' where asian and mixed race, not Eastern European....same cars and everything though...so what do you make of that? Although this was included in a post that said 6 horses where taken from the Saddleworth area...not heard anything about this...it just gets curiouser and curiouser...

They are not on any lists as they have not been stolen.

No need to rant, the truth is that there has been no recent increase in theft of horses and most of the rumours you see and hear are simply that - rumours.

You will find, if you don't pay attention to spelling and punctuation, that your post is quite difficult to read. If a post is difficult to read people simply won't read it

I live in Saddleworth I would know if six horses had gone missing. Please please stop this scaremongering. Please only report a theft if you know there has been a theft, you have a crime number and a photo of the horse concerned in other words if you have direct first hand knowledge of a theft. Just posting saying "i've heard that...." or "i've heard a person who knows a person who had three horses stolen" isn't enough. This hearsay and scaremongering is getting beyond a joke now. I agree also with the comments regarding punctuation etc in the original post.

Hang on, I've said it was on another website and I'd not heard anything! So it obviously WASN'T TRUE! I was ridiculing the scaremongering going on and all of the different stories..

I had to read the first posting about 3 times before the I understood what donablue was going on about. I know Ive read this first thing in the morning and need to wake up a bit but please write in sensible English - and not text language!
