Have read quite good reviews over 'spooks' products and it seemed like a cheaper alternative to animo so thought I would treat myself to a gilet which did not come cheap at almost 100 pounds, I put it on, walked a few steps and it ripped it's not too tight for me. I have emailed them but they seem to think that there is nothing wrong with any of their products as they have high quality control. Do I have rights in this?? 100 pounds is alot of money to spent on a gilet, especially for it to rip

Sale of Goods act. Goods must be of merchantable quality and fit for purpose. You are entitled to your money back.

You might want to do a little bit of research to ensure you are fully briefed on your rights, then phone them up and give 'em hell.

Thanks, They seem to think its impossible for it to have happened and don't seem to be helping me any. If I don't seem to be any closer to a conclusion by the end of the day over email I will definitely phone them.
