Urgen help needed in Banstead, Surrey or surrounding areas

I am looking to find someone to finish off bruce 4 times a week and luncge/ride him. I will pay the person...I am getting desperate!

How much should I pay?

All I want is for someone to skip out, hay, water, feed and stick him on the lunge in a pessoa 4x a week, or if they can get up whilst it is light to walk/trot him round the downs.

Thats it! I will pay! But how much?
