Urgent - bit of a weird one....

My dog has his willy stuck out, all the way out including those little ball thingys (sorry for being vulgar) caught him mid hump of a toy and its been 10 mins with no improvement....hes neutered and sometimes gets it stuck when the hair is trapped, but not like this and he's very uncomfortable! Help!

Bag of peas out of the freezer. Wrap up in a thick towel or a fleece and hold to the affected part.

If it isn't down in an hour it may need easing - KY jelly helps.

As above try yourself by all menas to get it back in esp if it's only been out a short while, we used different methods at work, some vets use sugar to shrink and then cold water, some a cold compress as suggested for s4s or KY and physically ease the penis back into the sheath and hold/nip the end (sheath) part closed for a little while.
Stop the bonking of the teddy as he can actually cause damage and possible paraphimosis (the medical name for a penis out of sheath for so long/to long) causing damage or sometimes resulting in needs to be placed under Ga and the penis sutured back into place (back into the sheath).
It's caused by the build up a debris (drying the penis out) means it's no longer lubricated enough to retract back as normal. (he can also get nasty infections) doing this to himself.
If you cannot get it back in contact your vet.
