We urgently need the name and contact details for the best colic vet in Rossdales. My vet in Utrecht needs to speak to someone there to see if they can give us any more options that may save the life of my beautiful girl. Utrecht have tried everything they can think of and have run out of options. This horse hospital is one of the best in the world but are willing to consider that there may be treatments / medications they have not tried or thought of or someone else has tried something out of the ordinary that has worked when all else has failed.
PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! CAN YOU HELP US!

I don't know the best colic vet, but the vet who operated on my boy was Sarah Boyes-Smith. I did lose him, but this was not due to the surgery itself, but because he was a 850 kg horse and the weight of his body being on his back for so long paralysed his hind legs. The surgery itself went very well!

Hope they can help and you get a solution for your horse. We've dealt with both Sarah and Tim, they were fantastic even though in both cases we ended up with a loss.

Best wishes and good vibes your way...
