Does anyone know of a yard, within 5 miles of Eastleigh Hampshire

Priced up to £90 pcm that has

Grass DIY Livery
School (grass or sand, pref sand)
Tack room
Water / Electric

My friend is looking to move her 14hh NF 9 year old ASAP

I know there's a diy yard in fair oak almost opposite what used to be the fox and hounds pub, don't know prices though (moved away a few years ago but the rents are still in the area) but would be interested to know the going rates round there nowadays to compare. I believe from what ive heard on the old grapevine it's rather expensive round there! What's the farm at bottom of the really narrow hilly road up to bishopstoke like price-wise? I recall that being reasonable but don't think it has a school as such, mire a donkey infested field with jumps etc! Lol

What was the yard called? Who owned it? I had horses next door to fox n hounds as a kid, my friends nan owns the place x

I can't remember - the whole of my childhood was spent as a Tanglewood girl at Nobs Crook and then Boyes Lane in Colden Common - we didn't have flashy ponies or particularly good riding skills lol so weren't seen out and about often haha! Other than gallpoing out of control along the bridlepath up to the fox and hounds and heading to Roughay/Marwell to sneak onto xc courses!
