I dont know of they balloted but you can see if you are in by goin on British Eventing - Kelsall Hill - then View Enteries

if electronic entry, have you checked your junk email box?

if still nothing, I would call them pdq!!

Yes, they have balloted. I was in intro and noticed that my name had been removed from the entries received list. I emailed the secretary and apparantly they have balloted quite alot including those that used ballot stickers.

Thanks for the replys, its for my YO, has one horse in but the other seems to have been ballotted from the OPN too. That'll teach her to check on her entries a bit earlier!! Hopefully Sapey are going to squeeze her in their OPN, fingers crossed.
