We have today been informed that our livery yard will be closing in 4 weeks. We are now looking for an assisted DIY yard for 2 ponies in the Congleton area. If anyone knows of anywhere then please let me know.

theres one on facebook near middlewich? its a private yard and 28ish a week

no link sorry but if you try on facebook you may have more luck

Hi mga4ever, I stable my boy at Cheshire Riding School http://www.cheshireridingschool.co.uk/, I don't think there are any spaces at the moment, but it's worth giving them a call, there is DIY/Part and Full options available.
Failing that there are plenty of other livery stables in the area, but not many that openly advertise.
I would have a drive around.
When I was looking to move I also looked here:

Old Hall Farm, Congleton Road, Kermincham, Congleton, CW12 2LL
Trevor Done
Tel: 01477 571858 - the turn out wasn't right for my boy as most horses have small paddocks to themselves or if you own more than 1 yours can share a larger paddock.

Also here:
http://www.smallwoodliverycentre.co.uk/livery.html (this was my second choice and it was a location reason that I chose Cheshire Riding School as it's more convenient for me after work) Smallwood offer all levels of livery I believe and had fab facilities and ran by a lovely family

I would strongly advise against Old Hall Farm, won't go into details on this forum but PM me for details if you do consider it
