Urgent Poulticing Question

Hi

Just a quick question as I seem to be lacking in brains today.

I need to poultice a pony's knee, problem is she is turned out 24/7. Does anyone have any suggestions to keep it dry?

vet wrap, and a bing bag over th top, no reasonwhy now.

Yes I would agree some sort of plastic bag, vet wrap and maybe tape?

Thanks for the replies. I was thinking tape but had a brain block about it being waterproof but I know the one you mean now.

Its sisters pony but I get the feeling it will be my job this afternoon. I'm sending her out shopping now. Thanks again.

Hope you don't mind me pointing out...don't bandage tightly over the knee, you need to leave a triangle shape at the back of the knee so it can bend.
