Please look out for the following vehicles responsible for thefts from cars, and an assault on me when challenged at our yard, they have been to our yard 3 times in the last week

Grey L reg astra

Blue old style Rover

3 males early 20's when challenged ask for water or directions

Please call Surrey Police 0845 125 2222 or 999 if crime in progress

Please pass to any yards in the area

Will keep it very short as being investigated but when challenged became abusive, threw a bucket of water over me then threw stones, I hit the car side window with said bucket and it went through as partially open and got driver few times

I'm in the area so thanks for the heads up Clare.

Glad you're ok, I've had a few run ins myself when challenging unknown people entering our yard but not quite as extreme as your encounter.

I'm not in Surrey, but will keep this in mind just in case they visit neighbouring counties! - Surrey is a fairly large county which is maybe why you didn't get any replies straightaway!
