URGENT- Ted Barnes WHW / ILPH contact number needed

Hi,

I have just been rung by a friend who is local knackerman who urgently needs the number of Ted Barmes (our local ILPH / WHW officer and very helpful person) regarding a welfare case. He's changed phones and lost the number and I can't find it either. If anyone has it please could they PM me, my vet will have it but is unsurprisingly not answering his mobile at this time of night!
 
you have to contact him thru the hq number 01953 497200 uk operations dept. leave a message and they will pass it on asap. rspca may be able to help and have 24hr cover. they can contact him if needed

No good, need his own number. They aren't responding and the chap that wants the number reg. deals with him anyway on a welfare basis (picks up the casualties) and wants to get in touch with HIM only not the RSPCA as quite frankly the RSPCA round here are useless with the horse cases and its an emergency. I would presume also that this is a case with some travelling folk and they won't deal with the RSPCA, but Ted has a good rep. and somehow manages to get through to them.
