How much do you pay per ACRE per MONTH?...

A friend hs been asked to name her price to rent about 5 acres off a guy...

I pay £25 a month for an acre and a half with water supply.

i pay £350 a month for 7 acres with 2 stables,storage barn,electricity and water-have 4 horses but would be allowed 5

I pay £150 a month for 4 acres with 3 stables large store barn electric and water.

5 and a half acres with 4 stables, feed shed and water £300 pcm but limited to 5 horses and this is a reduced rent as we agreed to sort fencing out and tidy the place as previous tenants left it in a mess.

This sounds a bit expensive after reading what others pay, but grazing round us is like gold dust.

I pay 210 a month for 18 acres, 10 stables, menage, electricity but no water

I was offered 7 acres with water for £500 a year

We were paying £400 a month for 12 acres with 4 stables,water and electric max 5 horses allowed. That was reduced (due to mates rates)from the land agent's recommendation of £600 a month!! In the Thames Valley, where it is £££ more than most places.
