URGENT URGENT NEW HOME NEEDED

Gentle giant mastiff x ridgeback 1 year old bitch needs home urgently, she is due to be PTS today, wednesday. She is fully vaccinated, chipped, healthy, good with people and other dogs, no hang ups. She is so sweet, please help find her a new home. Will upload photo in a moment. Please help this lovely girl.

She is in the pound at the moment, we are going to get her out this afternoon. Please ask round and please help, she is too healthy and sweet to die

Try these folks aswell although I know they have a waiting list. I know someone who wants a large dog but she has her heart set on a Bullmastiff now having met mine.

I have contacted both breed rescues and got them phoning round, even if I can find a foster home for her would be a bonus.

We have found her a new home, she is now called Sasha and is going to live with a family who are use to mastiffs I can sleep easy tonight

Nice to read. We lost the little stafy girl that we we trying to get out of a pound yesterday. She had really tugged my heart strings as was obviously so terrified. Spent a fair bit of the morning in tears. RIP Honey.

I wish you every luck. I never even met this little staffy girl but it was so awful to lose her and she had space in a rescue lined up.

I have no place in rescue that will take her, the breed rescue will not help a cross breed and the NAWT will not take a dog that shows any aggression for what ever reason. With work she may behave better but I don't know. I am so sad about it

Has she actually shown aggressive tendencies then? Do you know why the homing went wrong? The thing is if she has got any behavioural problems then I guess it really limits who they can rehome to, no families etc.

as I have posted she is fantastic with the children and even the cat, she shows dog aggression but as I have said it could be for a lot of reasons, but she cannot stay in the same house as another dog until we find out why. And yes she has show aggression and hurt another dog, as I said

Ahh yeah I've just seen your other thread. What a shame it's turned out that way and very bad if the pound knew and lied about her behaviour
