DIY yard required for 2 larger horses. Preferably indoor stabling/american barn style but would consider decent courtyard setting (not being fussy, one of my nedz can't cope with isolated stabling), decent hay & straw storage, access to off road riding/decent hacking, seperate sex turnout in groups (minimum 5 - maximum 15). Would prefer to have some morning assistance if possible but not essential. Does not need to be posh or swanky but need it to be fundamentally safe, and have good basic facilities. Any area considered. Please message me if you know of somewhere that might fit the bill regardless of whether there might be existing vacancies. Willing to wait for vacancies to arise at the right yard. Thank you.
