URGENTLY seeking grass livery in/around London

My mare is being returned from her loan home before the end of this month and I desperately need somewhere to stable her.

-Grass livery a MUST ... she does not bode well being stabled
-a school would be a bonus although if riding in a field is possible then I could do without
- good hacking would be fab
- Accesible by public transport would be a bonus but not necessary

I'm based fairly central (Islington, north London) so somewhere ideal would be around Barnet, Edgewear way, although would consider anything as long as it was under an hours drive from me.

Only looking for somewhere until mid September when I move back to uni and take her with me, so somewhere that only offers 24/7 turnout in the summer months would suit

Any help or ideas SO MUCH appreciated guys, am pulling my hair out at the thought of having to find somewhere for her to be stabled in London while I am miles away at uni

There's Bury Farm in Edgeware but I'm not sure how much it is. Otherwise there is Northaw Manor EC in Northaw which has good facilities (manege, cross country etc) but is £35 a week for grazing with use of facilities. They've been under new ownership for a year and a bit now and the new bunch sound very nice.

Woodhurst Farm in Enfield do it but I enquired about two months ago and they were full, might be worth giving them a call? I've liveried there before and highly recommend it.
