Anyone else wake up with weird thoughts at this hour??

I can’t sleep!!

Cant stop thinking about my new dually head collar and whether my inexperienced hands will do more harm than good.

Ohhh I need to get a grip and stop stressing! I was never neurotic until I owned a horse!

Duallys are great, they used to come with a CD with directions but even without arent hard to use.

I'm awake too, I rarely get ti sleep before 4am at the min, often more like 6-7am and have learnt not to fight it as just get frustrated.

Minds are sent to annoy us ? blue lights from screens arent helpful when trying to get to sleep (says she!) But if you are definitely miles away from sleep and worried maybe watch a few YouTube vids on dually headcollar use? Might put your mind at ease a bit then try again for ? in a bit?

Ugh I'm awake too with 100 things zooming around my head. I thought I'd managed to crack the whole sleeping thing recently but apparently not

ETA I would second about watching the vids on you tube to turn that line of thought off. I often find that I have to do something pro-active to stop my mind going. Although I'm still awake at 4.45 in the morning so maybe I'm not the best one to be giving advice ?

I woke at 0530 ... at the weekend To be honest thats not too early and we are usually awake around 0630/0700 anyway. So i got up and drove down to the yard in very dense fog and popped the horse out in his field.
