After trying to revive the Heiniger Handy's, they've finally died - very upset as they were trusty companions for years. Now stuck with the problem of which to go for. Have 2 very hairy ponies, Shetland and Welsh A at the moment, one of which requires frequent clipping due to Cushings. Want to buy something good and reliable like the old ones but gosh there's so many, where d' you start!
Can anyone give me some advice please?
Thank you :)

If you are used to the Heinigar Handy, have a look at the Heinigar Xperience. They are a cracking machine, lighter than your old Handy, but you can use any of your existing blades with them and the tensioning system is the same. They are very quiet and slim to hold, I rated them quite highly to work on and of those I sold when working last season, we did not have many problems apart from people who were not used to the Heinigar tensioning system.
