use of bute in competition

can some one please clarify the exact ruling on the use of bute in competition horses. Someone said in an earlier thread that the FEI allowed the use of bute in horses competing under it's rules. If this is so then what are the rules concerning the use of bute by the bsja and british dressage? I was under the impression that bute was totally banned in competition.

All nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories are banned under these rules.
