Useful heel/toe landing animation - can't find it!

I remember watching an animation of the bones of the lower limb with the tendons drawn in to show the effects of toe and heel first landings. It was really helpful and I'd like to show it to someone else, but I can't find it. It's a few years since I watched it but wondered if anyone on here knows what I'm talking about and where to find it?!

Thanks for these but not, they're not what I'm thinking of. The animation was just a line drawing of the bones with (I think) red or blue lines showing the tendons. It was within some text rather than a film
