Anyone ever had trouble ordering from them? I ordered and paid for a tabard (only one in right size which lady wanted to keep for demo purposes) at YHL with the promise it would arrive by the Thursday of the following week. Nothing has arrived yet. I have emailed and left message on number from website but no response. Should I be concerned?
 
I bought some hi viz gear at HOYS from V-bandz. The bib wasn't available to take away but they did say it would be sent once they had finished at HOYS. It never arrived I chased it up after 3 weeks, they apologised and said it would be sent next day by recorded delivery. Still didn't arrive, so I started sending emails daily. No contact but bib then arrived in the post, included a note apologising and sent a free hi vz hat band. The note said they had been waiting for stock, better communication would have helped but it did get sorted in the end.
Hope you get yours.
 
Thanks. Sounds like I could be in for a similar situation. Shame as the company is local to me so thought I would support them rather than the bigger brands like equisafety.
 
I'm in the same situation, Ordered from YHL and promised delivery by thursday, have sent emails and called and left messages and nothing... not good customer service at all
 
Moandben if I don't get a reply in next couple of days I will be personally driving to the address on the website!! I will let you know if I need to and will take your details too if you like.
