My pony is due to be vaccinated by monday - does this mean I have to have it done before Monday, or can it be done on the day and still be ok?

depends on the vet, mine told me not to risk it as it can sometimes be seen as incorrect. So if you compete & have to show your passport they may tell you that your vaccinations need to be restarted. I go with the theory of better be safe than sorry & always get mine done the day before they are due.

365 days means it is due the day before the day it was done last yr, so no, it is not correct to have it done on the same date as last yr.

It is absolutely acceptable to have it done on the anniversary of the previous vaccination.

that depends on how the riding club team manager reads the rules. i've seen people told it's not good enough and turned away, so i would never risk it or recommend someone else does.

Riding Clubs do say in the rules it can be done on the same day, but they recommend not to, but it should be ok.

Couldn't say for BE/ BD/ BS ( I know some of them don't required horses to be vaccinated)

I've known people turned away from shows for having it done on the same date as the previous year too. At our vets we always say it needs to be done the day before, so no more that 364 days. Better 1 day early than 1 day too late if you're hoping to compete.

It is ok, as day one is the day after the jab, so 365 days later is the same date (ignore leap years).
Having it done on the same day is risky because if for some reason it doesn't get done - vet detained by an emergency, horse has a raised temperature or refuses to be caught etc you'll have to restart.
Here is a link to the BRC rulebook. If you select G7 it has the BRC Flu Vac rules, along with a very useful excel based flu vac checker
