vaccination question

got horse injected back in june. He had no records of any previous vaccination when I bought him. I'm presuming i need to get the vet out again soon to do the second one???

Yep. Can't remember what the time frame is though, although have a sneeking suspicioun that it's around 6 weeks, so you may be out of time......

Yes you should get in done soon. Must be 21-92 days after the first. A day late and you start again.

I had to start my horses vacs again and had to wait at least 21 days before she had the other and then 6 months for the flu boost

A good rule of thumb when beginning vaccinations is to have the second done a month after the first, then the third 6 months after the second and then annually thereafter.
