Could someone please kindly explain the tet and flu vaccination programme to me?

if they have never been vaccinated or vaccine is out of date then:

flu + tet first vac
flu+tet second vac 28-42 days after first
flu + tet third vac 168 days after second

then annually for flu with tet every second year.
