Vacinations

If you bought a horse and its vacinations were a month out of date what would you do?

I'd be very p**ssed off and start again!

I would start again, but I'd be annoyed! If it was a week or something them try and backdate, don't think vets would be happy to backdate a month!

This happened with a horse my friend just bought - she was not a happy bunny but the previous owner reduced the price to reflect what she'd have to pay starting over again!

you can't realy do much else but start again.. vets aint going to risk their jobs for a month!

start again. backdating is illegal and i persnoally wouldn't do it for anyone - not my problem after all!

That happened to us we had to start again, allthough it was our fault we completely forgot I thought they were due a diffrent type to when they were

Depends on what the horse was for. It won't affect the horse but you would not be able to compete.

happened to me in July when i bought my neddy was just over a month, but vet reccomended i started again.. better to be safe than sorry
