well if you have two hunts put together like they are and people dont get on from the front to the back then arguments are going to happen ..

i think it is more a matter that the right hand doesnt tell the left hand what it is doing.
or should i say wont tell them as they think they are the better half of the deal...

Just to let you know that a hunt ball may still happen this year. So please make sure you have the correct information/contact the organiser before posting your queries/views.
Thanks! Happy Hunting! ;)

I doubt very much it is the Garth that have their knickers in a twist and people should be more careful about what they post on these websites as it quite easy to obtain information regarding who wrote what!

I assume Mohawk knows everything or is he or she a very uninformed person who just likes to stir the pot? - not forgetting the country is in the grip of the worst recession for a 100 years?

Mohawk you are completely unhelpful to the whole situation.

I totally agree with hunters. Mowhawk has only just arrived on this website...could it be from the hierarchy of the Vale - one of those who didn't book any tickets? What are the chances of the combined hunt sticking together and making a go of it if events such as these are not supported by those who should be taking the lead?

I've bought quite a few tickets for a group - I've heard nothing from the organisers to say that it's cancelled/postponed. Does anyone know what's going on as I've got people booking holidays around this and travelling in from abroad especially for the ball?

I am a good friend of Amandas and did live in her area, now based Heythrop country, (now good friends with Nessie Lambert)

Any concerns regarding cancellations should go to Amanda.

The Drag cancelled theirs earlier this year due to lack of support. Lessons to be learnt... If they are not supported they don't happen!

Well all I can say is that I'm might try to organise an event of the same ilk, possibly smaller, to happen this year, as I know many people enjoy a good hunt ball!!.... so watch this space! :)
