Now that we've (finally) had some rain, I'm contimplating going cubbing with the VAWGSB on Saturday at Hambledon, but not sure what the meet is like. Has anyone been and if so do you know what the jumping is like? Bit concerened too that the ground might be very flinty around there....

Ground is chalky and mainly through woods or permanent pasture. The ground has softened a lot with recent rain too. Plenty of rails and a couple of wide hedges BUT we dont always jump while autumn hunting..
See you there :)
