I'm about to order a shelter from them - has anyone used them? They have been very helpful so far in helping me build the right spec over the phone and email, unlike a couple of other companies I've tried who have been awful and one who was supposed to deliver last week but now seems to have vapourised. I'm a bit wary now! Thanks.
