Hi there - I've bought from them three times. The first was no trouble at all, the second was about a week late due to them not finding my address (though same address they'd shipped to before)
I'm currently waiting for an order I placed two weeks ago. I've emailed them, and so far had no response, so am a little worried.

I just wanted to comment on what MerryRowy said. We send all orders out with Royal Mail or a courier. It was the courier who could not find the address, not ourselves as she suggests. When we found out that the parcel had not been delivered we contacted the couriers to sort out the situation and the parcel was delivered.
As for the latest order that 'has not arrived' I would like to hear about it so we can get it sorted. I have gone through all our emails from November personally and can not find one about an order that has not arrived. If you want to contact me on here you can pm me so I can see what has happened. We dont want anyone to have a bad experience so if there is something we can do we will always try and resolve any problem.
