Various items of Tack Stolen 18/07 West Yorkshire

Various items of tack were taken from our yard last weekend including a bareback saddle pad with western style stirrups, a western saddle and several bridles. Thieves also took an orange wheelbarrow to transport the stuff in.

This is the third time the yard has been done and yet the YO still does nothing about security - 3 carts were taken previously.

If anyone in the area is offered these items for sale(I believe bareback pads aren't too common) please let me know. Unfortunately the matter hasn't been reported to the police(that I know of) and as none of my gear was stolen I'm not able to report it myself....

Needless to say I'm trying to find somewhere else to keep my ponies before they come back for them

You could try looking at Holmfirth sales. It seems to have been completely taken over by gypsies (probably explains why the police won't go near the place despite the irregularities in the law which go on there) and considering you lost carts previously...
