Anyone got experience of using shires velociti neck strap. After unfortunate fall from green pony thinking of getting one for jumping
Sounds good. It’s for me and my green 14.1 Connie. Won’t need the balance reins so all good. May get one. She surprised me with an unexpectedly big jump the other day and I came off so looking to stabilise myself. Riding with plain neck strap but they are not so reliableYes! I have the Shires one, been really pleased with it, quality is good despite the cheap price. I did have to order the bigger size for my 13.2 but she has it on the smallest setting. The handle is in a really intuitive place and much easier than a traditional neck strap.
The only annoying thing is not enough D rings on the kid’s saddle to use it at the same time as balance support reins.

That’s a good idea! Might help with the 7 year old that refuses to jump!I made extra D rings like these to slot on the girth strap of my Wintec saddle.
I use mine for the breastplate. My airjacket fastens to the proper saddle D's.That’s a good idea! Might help with the 7 year old that refuses to jump!
